1. Liz,
You are the sweetest blogger out in blogland. I have only known your blog and Found Cottage store for a few short years but I have loved every minute watching you transform your home and bring your shop from one location to a bigger location and add fur babies to your family. It has been fun to see how you have grown over these past years. Your sweet soul and creative personality shine through. I loved driving from Chicago and actually finding you in the shop. That was so sweet. You had a big smile on your face and your arms opened wide to say hello. You have embraced this crazy journey your life has taken you on and made it wonderful. I am praying for you always that maybe soon will be blessed with a child. You and Jose will be the best parents. It is nice to know another person out here in blogland that loves a chippy piece that has history and can re love it into something wonderful in their home. My heart always beats a little faster when I see the posts of your home and the re love you have given to this old farm home with so much history. Just think of all the families and the wonderful people that made that a home. Now you have been given this farmhouse your sweet touch to live comfy and cozy there. Wishing you a brand new year of happiness, good health and fertility and hope you find joy every day and lots and lots of chippy pieces in your future adventures.
    xoxo
    Kris

Thank you for sharing so much of your beautiful journey with us, from Grace to the sink on the floor, your kitchen update and your sorrow with infertility…. you’re an inspiration I’m so many ways. ♥️

  3. Merry Christmas. I hope it was a good day.

Merry Christmas, Jose and Liz – and the entire bunch of adorable furry creatures! Liz, I just want to leave a quick note to let you know how very much the gift or your blog and Instagram have inspired me in so many ways. So thank you. Thank you for being real. Having lost my oldest son 9 years ago, he was 25 (yes, I am old enough to be your mother) and had two misscarriages in my life, I understand the depth of your loss. And I am so sorry you both are walking this path. So all I can say is to lean on God and allow him to restore you and comfort you. He has really strong shoulders. I look forward to following the journey that you share. From my house to yours, peace, love and joy. Becky (Sweet Cottage Dreams/ Instagram)

Was feeling a bit blue today ( the last of my family visitors went home), but when I saw the photo of you and Grace with her scarves, I smiled and chuckled. Thank you for adding a bit of sunshine to my gloomy day.
