If you follow me on Instagram you saw that we put up our Christmas tree in our sunroom on Halloween night. Yes, I know I’m crazy, but I explained why I did it [HERE]. I came home from a long night of work tonight & sat under the glow of the Christmas tree & started looking through my magazines that have piled up. On top of the stack was my Pottery Barn catalog & I started feeling inspired especially by all their pops of red they use & I can’t wait to add some of that in our farmhouse. I own a few of these items myself & of course I have that famous woody car pillow with the tree on top that matches our wagoneer. From the comments and reactions to my Christmas tree already being up, I know a lot of you are excited to decorate for Christmas as well so I wanted to share some of my favorite Pottery Barn Christmas items with you guys today on the blog in hopes that it leaves you inspired like it did me. I love Thanksgiving, but I wish ours was in October, so that we could bring on the Christmas decor! I am more of a seasonal decorator (example – I do Autumn decorating not Halloween) so I can bring some elements in early without getting grief about it! (smile)

Hi Liz my daughter and I got to meet you yesterday at the store and we absolutely loved being in your store and seeing all your wonderful inspiration. Out of the Pottery Barn catalog I always love love love the buffalo plaid. Black and red or black and white both are equally wonderful. I have loved you ever since I was a teenager! One question for you I love your Christmas tree in the sunroom. I am in the market for a new tree do you have recommendations on where to look for them? I’m very excited to decorate this season!
