1. Liz, Thanks for sharing your Rae Dunn collection. I’ve seen a few of your photos of it on your IG here and there but was so nice to see all of it up close. I have just enough of her mugs to fill my mug tree and a few extras to switch out from time to time… some bowls, and a few other pieces. I did see on her blog that she now has some jewelry pieces and I may “need” one of those.

Interesting! I have similar Salt + Pepper cellars (<–that IS the word, no?) that have interesting red "stitches" on the backs. I wonder if they are Rae Dunn's.

  3. Jose Galvan says:

They are! Those are from the boutique line & you can tell by the stitching. I love those!!! <3

  4. Jose Galvan says:

haha I got one of the necklaces & it was a great purchase! You sound like you have a great collection that is just the right size. Sometimes I think mine is a little too large 😉

I saw some of your Rae Dunn when I started following your blog on FB while remodeling our home. It must have been about 1 1/2 years back. I had no idea how popular it was. I loved it and did find it back then as well. Now, so crazy and glad I am still able to find some now and again. I’m glad you shared way back when!! Loved seeing it today too!! ?

  6. Jose Galvan says:

Wow! Thank you Renee for saying that. & I’m so glad you discovered Rae Dunn… I really do love her work & all of her pieces. Glad I shared now <3 thanks again!

Thank you so much for sharing this. I have recently started collecting Rae Dunn and was admiring your collection the other day and wishing you would make a post. This was very timely. Thanks again! 🙂

Thank you for sharing your RD story. I’ve been collecting for about a year, it was so easy to find even a year ago! Now, not so much. Thanks for addressing the negative side, it has become crazy and employees of TJ/Marshalls/HG are a bit weary of the “crazy RD ladies”. I took a step back, go every once in awhile, so when I do find something, it’s special:) You have a wonderful collection!?

  11. Kate says:

Love seeing your collection!! Where did you find that gorgeous hutch?! It goes perfectly with your Rae!!

  12. Dani says:

Where did you get your display hutch? Did you paint this? Its gorgeous!!!

Just getting started with collecting Rae Dunn – I don’t know how I missed it! I love her organic, simple styling! Does TJM/HG/Marshalls still get any of the line in? I like the ivory with black graphic lines you collect, but have not seen any pieces in any of these stores. I just kind of stumbled onto it on Pinterest. Your collection is amazing!

I’m so glad you posted about your Rae Dunn collection. I’ve wanted to ask you so many questions and you answered all of them but one. My first Rae Dunn item that started my love for her pottery was the pumpkin spice mug. I have a fairly decent collection including some holiday pieces. My question is what was your first Rae Dunn piece that started your live for collecting? I enjoy your blog so much and your new farmhouse is absolutely gorgeous. You’ve inspired me so much with decorating tips. I’ve used a lot of your decor ideas! Thanks for all your wonderful posts on your blog!! ?

I think your collection looks great, wish I could afford any of the Rae Dunn stuff. I use what little extra money I have to buy groceries to cook food for people that need it. Mostly old people that have no one to help them and unable to shop or cook for themselves.
