This is our mudroom and I’ve been meaning to hang this antique sign up for forever now. Today I finally wanted to refresh the space, so I had Jose help me hang it up. I found the sign while out antiquing a couple years ago out of state and it’s so long that it needed the perfect wall to go on and this wall in our mudroom was the perfect size for it because I didn’t need to put anything else on the wall beside this long sign.

It would look great in a gallery wall or on another large wall with something else, but on a wall by itself with the peg rail, it’s perfection!

On the back of this long sign there are two picture wire hangers on each side so we simply just put two screws in the wall level them out with a level in a measuring tape and put the screws in and hung the sign super simple.

The sign instantly dressed up the whole space and defined it more we love this little mudroom of ours and it’s super handy for our family but having it be a beautiful welcome to us and our guests is even better.
