You guys know that we don’t have a single finished bathroom in our house, but it is one space that you guys have asked for tips for making cozier!! Eventually, I would love to finish all of our bathrooms and add some bathroom decor, but for now, we are working with what we have. This past year we expanded and made a few updates to our guest bathroom on the main floor & while it’s still not completely finished it is more finished than any other bathrooms in our house! For a bathroom, I really love vintage-inspired pieces that fit my cozy cottage style. Of course, you can always mix in actual vintage pieces as well!

When it comes to decor in a bathroom, I focus on the ways I can make our bathroom essentials both pretty & practical. I also look for different ways to bring texture into the space! My main focus would be your mirror, faucet, towels, countertop accessories, bath mat, and shower curtain. Decide the kind of vibe you are going for and incorporate it into these elements! For example, towels and bath mats are the perfect way to bring texture and pattern into your bathroom.
