I talk about the importance of cozy a lot! I want our entire home to be cozy, but one of the most important rooms is your bedroom. This is a space designed for rest & I get my best rest when I am cozy. So what exactly does that mean? For me, that has been investing in high-quality items for our bed and today I have LIFE-CHANGING item to share with you guys. I realized a few years ago that I needed to invest in a good mattress and high-quality linens for our bed and that made a huge difference in the quality of sleep we got. If you haven’t done that already I would highly recommend making the switch. But the life-changing item we got for our bed is a featherbed!! I have no idea why I waited until now to get a featherbed … But ever since we got the featherbed and I have been getting the best sleep of my entire life!
If you haven’t invested in a featherbed [essentially a mattress pad that goes between your mattress and your fitted sheet] I would highly recommend saving up for one! These can get a little bit pricey but they are 100% worth the investment. If you are looking for more cozy comfort in your bed I cannot recommend a featherbed enough, the layers of feathers and down offer the perfect level of plush softness for a great night’s sleep. I have never been one to fall asleep right away, but I truly lay in bed and am asleep before I know & I wake up feeling more rested and ready to start my day. Can’t lie to you guys it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning because it’s that cozy!
