We love our four seasons here in Michigan, yes my southern readers, even Michigan winters. It turns out to be quite peaceful, quiet, and surprisingly refreshing. From Spring to Fall, we work on getting the inside of our house ready to be enjoyed all winter, since we spend so much time indoors during that part of the year. We wanted to focus on a little getaway for us to kick back and relax for the next few months, until the sunshine and t-shirt weather returns.

We wanted to accent our home with some beautiful farm feels, to help get us through those tough winter days. Those days where you haven’t seen the sun because you are approaching week two of straight overcast, we found Lindsay Megahed on Minted.com. I think we were gravitated to her art because of the tone of colors she used to display landscapes, it really felt familiar to Jose and I. And then I saw Fazed, the little cow piece.
