1. Carol says:

Love the new layout. The only thing I would change is turn the rug the other way. If it fits that way? But it looks beautiful as always! So cozy! Always enjoy reading your blog!

  2. Debbie says:

Yes! This layout is a huge game-changer for this space! (You kind of sigh with relief at the flow it opens up.) I agree that the rugs seem off. I would eliminate the rug under the round table altogether and place just two small chairs around it. What an amazing sunroom you have!

  3. Cynthia says:

Love the new layout.. the black chest with the plants on it are perfect.. the only thing I would change is the rug size. Just a tiny big larger.. for me everything else is perfect.. the plants are the final perfect touch in this space…

  4. Lisa says:

I agree with the others….rug needs to be turned and I would just put the front legs of the couch on the rug. Everything seems a bit close. I like a rug under the table…but maybe would try to find a round one, sisal maybe?. Love the plants.

  5. Sandy says:

I wouldn’t change a thing! Love everything you do Liz.The first thing I do in the morning (well, not the first thing) is look to see what you have in store for us on your blog. You are such an inspiration, not just in your decorating but in many ways, your faith in Christ, your personal challenges and in your positive outlook on life! I don’t know if you are aware of this but YOU are such an inspiration to so many people.Keep doin’ what your doin’! ?

  6. Lorna says:

Love how you styled it. The only thing I would change is move the chairs back a little bit to give more space between them and the coffee table. I would move the plant between the chairs, it’s to tall and blocks the conversation area of people sitting in the chairs. Beautiful Liz!!! I think it works.

  7. Grace says:

Looks good. I would switch the couch and the chairs. If you put the chairs where the couch is it would be more open for people sitting in that other area and if you don’t put something between the chairs someone could walk between the chairs and it could be very open. Just my thoughts.

  8. I love it all, can’t wait to see the finish room! Loving all of the green plants as well! Love, love your blog, it’s really makes my day each day!

    Thank you, Annette

  9. Debbi Cappuccio says:

I love the new layout!! It makes the room look completely different. The only thing I would change would be the plant between the chairs. I love all the others but I feel like the scale of that one is to overpowering there. That’s just my opinion. I think you’re incredibly talented and love your home and especially Winnie!!

  10. Donna says:

Thumbs up! Looks more open. ❤️

  11. Belinda Clark says:

Oh my goodness . . . that last picture of Winnie asleep with her ear flopped over is TOO precious! You are making me want a puppy!

  12. Kim says:

Love the furniture placement. Looks more inviting and clean and simple and Winnie looks cute with it as well! Like the plants. I love the cabinet you have under the window. Gives it more interest and plants on top look great.

  13. Tammie Price says:

Love love love this layout! That black dresser is so beautiful in front of your windows with your plants, too! This space was beautiful before, but now it’s beautiful and so inviting.

  14. Lisa says:

Hi love your room ! Just wondering about the armoire with the material door ? I have an armoire I was thinking about replacing the doors could you show me ?

  15. Lorri says:

Liz, I like the layout. When you get tired of this layout, you can flip it so the chairs are on the other side. I think I like it because everyone can now look outside at your pretty barn and land. That way everyone is blessed with the beauty that God has allowed you and Jose to be a part of! And it also inspired me to think of a different layout for our living room. Our furniture is needing to be replaced, but that will wait. Looks great! Love your perspective!

  16. Rhonda says:

    Rug too small

  17. I’m so glad you had a beautiful Easter full of inspiration!! Love your new layout! Isn’t it amazing how wonderful it feels just moving some furniture! And you wonder why you haven’t tried it sooner!

  18. Cheryl Corwin says:

Simply beautiful. I love everything about it. You have a beautiful imagination Liz. An amazing soul and a huge loving heart. Happy to hear you had a wonderful Easter Day.

  19. Karen says:

I’m so glad you’re heading in this direction. I would move the sofa where the chairs are. This will create a hallway/ walkway to the door. It will also define that space more. I think the wicker chairs worked better around the table…more of a sunroom vibe. Your new chairs looked great in the dining room. Bigger rug. I would look for another setter to replace the wing chairs or find smaller chairs… not so tall. Such a beautiful space!

  20. Sarah says:

Love the new arrangement! I love all your plants too. Do you know the name of the one second from the left? The little leaves are so pretty. Happy Belated Birthday and Winnie is too cute!

  21. Kim Dykman says:

Great job ! Exactly what you said about the flow ! I really liked it before but this is even better ! I love the little table there too and I envision you and Jose sitting there with your fur babies at your feet eating waffles on a bright Sunday morning ! Its absolutely lovely and the change makes it look larger and takes full advantage of the space and items you have in it! Your plants will thrive! I love Winnie napping in so many of the photos…she is so relaxed and I can tell she LOVES her new home and parents ! Love you too !

  22. Rheemi says:

I love your sofa where is it from?? Please!!! My email is Rheemi@me.com

  23. JuliAnne says:

I love this so much! I’d love to learn how you distressed the sofa. Is there a blog post on it?

    Thanks!

  24. Annie says:

What happened to the other breakfast nook chairs? Didn’t you just get those?

  25. Donna Fitzpatrick says:

I absolutely love your style! I NEED the pillows on your couch and chairs, ( white and green, white and black) searched your Instagram and Facebook and don’t see them tagged, Please share your source Thank you in advance!!!

  26. Peggy says:

I love that you were able to get the dresser back in front of the windows with plants. I think that piece is beautiful and missed seeing it there.
