The other day I was doing some instagram stories & realized something… I have been throwing florals & greenery in baskets all over our house for decor over the past year & I’m not sure any of us noticed how much I was doing it… NOT EVEN ME!! It’s like an obsession you guys!! So today I wanted to take a few minutes to share with you guys some different ways I have been doing some DIY greenery basket decor around our home to hopefully inspire you to do it in your homes as well….

For this one in our back living room on the coffee table I simply put two potted ferns from Pottery Barn inside this basket that is also from Pottery barn & that was it… a super simple & clean centerpiece for the coffee table that can be done in seconds without all of the clutter.

For this one in our dining room I put some branches in this basket from Pier One that I am obsessed with & hung a number on the front that I picked up at a flea market… This one is by far my favorite because of the textures & that pop of green.

This one… It’s a basket from Target on the floor with some greens in it. I mean, it doesn’t get more simple, but I love the simplicity of it all!

These two are baskets from Joss & Main & then one from my shop that I hung on the cabinet doors in our dining room. They add a little pop of texture to the white cabinets & of course a pop of the outdoors with those branches.

In our front living room on the coffee table I styled this basket from Pottery Barn with some greens in it & a throw blanket as our centerpiece. I also paired it with some matte black candlesticks next to it for some more drama since this is a large coffee table. this is my favorite basket! I love how chunky it is.

For this one in the corner of the front living room I styled the basket from the dining room back here on a little stool while we were creating something fun in the dining room. I’m kind of in love with it here as well & it’s another inspiration on how to use baskets with greenery.

& this my friends is the not so groundbreaking greenery in baskets… I think there is more around the house, but here are just a few to show you a simple way to bring some nature inspired spring decor with two simple items.. we all have a basket & we all have some greenery.. marry them together & bam you got some simple centerpieces & other decor.
