I can’t believe we have added a new member to our flock a few weeks ago here on White Cottage Farm & I still haven’t introduced her here on the blog. You guys know Grace by now & what a member of our family she has become. You also know that Grace, against mine & her wishes, lives in the barn with all the other sheep. You see, Grace was our bottle fed lamb so she is more like a dog & truly doesn’t think she is a sheep & I don’t think she ever will. Grace is a special little soul & as she got older & we saw she became lonelier we realized her special soul needed a friend.

That’s when we reached out to another local farm & found Baby, formerly known as Eileen, & we heard she would be a good fit for our Grace. We were super nervous to add her to our farm in fear that Grace wouldn’t take well to a new wooly friend. You guys, it was a miracle. Baby was delivered to our farm one night & instantly her & Grace were inseparable. Grace went from her lonely days of not being totally accepted by the boys to having a friend by her side 24/7. Baby has brought a peace to our farm that we didn’t have before because we know they are both happy. Grace & Baby could not be more different where Grace is such a free spirit, Baby is more by the book kind of girl who follows all the rules. They both keep life very interesting. Baby is gentle, kind, & downright beautiful with her coloring and her beautiful eyes. Most importantly Baby completes our little flock for now & we couldn’t be happier with her here on White Cottage Farm.
