I was cleaning our bedroom today… not as planned, but one of the pups had an accident last night so you do what you have to do. Good thing we love our fur babies right? I blame the three days of rain & them not wanting to go out in the cold rain to potty… do you blame them? Anyways, as I was cleaning the rug and dogs were hiding in the corner embarrassed & ashamed, I realized that I had never shared the new rug in our bedroom with you guys & I wanted to take a few minutes to share it with you today & some other favorites…

So, this is the rug in our bedroom from Magnolia Home. It’s the Lotus “fog & beige” rug & I’m a little obsessed with it. I had never considered a Magnolia Home rug before, but the truth of it all is when I heard that Better Homes & Gardens wanted to do a photoshoot in our bedroom I freaked out a little big & ran to a local furniture retailer close to me & they had Magnolia Home rugs in stock & I when I saw this one I had to have it. I loved the contrast it was going to add to our natural bedroom & also that it was going to cover the existing carpet that we have yet to rip out of this space. I think the one thing I would say about this rug is that there is more “teal” running through this rug than shows in the photo,but other than that there were really no surprises & I don’t regret our purchase at all. I found all the above Magnolia Home rugs at Pier One & they are also having a sale right now which is pretty sweet. Which one is your favorite? I honestly have a few, but I’m super happy this lotus one I got was one of the only ones in stock at our local place because I think it fits this space super well.
