These look great! Defintely want to do in my home -quick question . . .did you wash and dry on hot or cold? I would think hot would help soften them but not sure if that is a good idea . . .

I have these in our bedroom. I absolutely love
them, and was thinking about putting in our sunroom too but I was worried it would be to much. But after seeing them in your sunroom they look so cozy I think I might go for it.

Love this! And thanks for sharing all you handy DIY ?

  8. Erika says:

Liz, thanks for the diy, it’s a great idea. The only issue is I purchased the exact drop cloths linked in the post from Amazon and they aren’t going to work. They’re very heavy/thick and have dark brown uneven stitching across the top and bottom. There’s also a dark brown seam right smack down the middle. Also, the left and right sides are not finished with stitching but are just cut. I’m going to have to return them. Has anyone found a brand that is more like those pictured? Thanks

  9. Heather says:

I did the same. I purchased 4 from the link, and I have the same concerns. They also look like a different color. ?

  10. Heather says:

Does anyone know the brand and size to use from Homr Depot? I see lots of options on their site.

  11. Jessica-Sara says:

    Hey Liz!

I gotta say that I LOVE these. I’ve been seeing them all over the web and I’m finally trying them today – drop cloths are in the wash as we speak. It’s funny as we’ve bought these for our work for years. We build rustic furniture for a living.

I do have a question though. Your photography has become SO much better within the last year and I”m just wondering if you switched up lenses?

Thank you so much for your time and LOVE your blog ( been a follower for almost 2 years )
