You guys! I usually never blog on Saturdays & really wasn’t planning on it because I don’t know how many of you will actually stop by today to see this. BUT… I shared on Instagram [here] today about a cause that I’ve teamed up with TJ Maxx for. As many of you know, Jose is a Marine Corps veteran & he recently got out. Our transition out of military life & Jose’s transition back into civilian life was quite painless, but this isn’t the reality for a lot of veterans. Many struggle with PTSD & can’t live a normal life. Of course Jose’s transition wasn’t a breeze, but it could have been worse. This subject is so near and dear to me so I was honor to have been asked to help spread the word about H.O.O.V.E.S, a non-profit organization that provides horse therapy to veterans to get back the life that they faugh to protect, raise money to keep helping these amazing veterans that sacrificed so much for us.

So how do we raise the money for H.O.O.V.E.S? It’s easy. All you have to do is tweet. Yup, tweet. Go to Twitter & tweet some encouraging words to Amanda, the founder of H.O.O.V.E.S., and with each tweet TJ MAXX is giving $1 up to $5,000. Let’s help her reach her goal!
