1. Oh my goodness,. I just love this! It makes my heart happy that the hubby made it too! It looks lovely!

  2. Jamie says:

Super cute! Was wondering what font you used? Thanks!

Any tips to recreate this if one does not have a silhouette machine ?

I love the projects my husband does around the house. That he is always thinking about what we need, or would like speaks volumes to me. He knows my love language involves a sander and a table saw 😉 I adore the sign and hope you enjoy it for many years to come!

  5. Teri says:

Wow, what a great project! Even more impressive that your husband did it.

I have a little reindeer trivia for your husband. Originally, the names were Dunder and Blitzem; somewhere along the line, Dunder changed to Donder and them to Donner; Blitzem changed to Blitzen.

So sometime over the next 100 years, he may have to repaint one or two of the names if they change again.

  8. LizMarie says:

haha that is too funny & I never knew that!!! I wonder when our sign will no longer be correct 😉 haha Thanks for sharing!

  9. LizMarie says:

Yah! You can find letter stickers at the craft store or the hardware store & use those to trace. Or you could print out the letters on paper & trace with a carbon paper under it. I hope this helps!! xx

  10. Amy VanDeusen says:

Love the sign. What font did you use, if you remember. THanks

  11. Michelle says:

I have a question about the stencil….what did you do with all of the inner pieces of the letters, such as e, a and d? Did you have to put them in manually after putting the stencil down on the wood?
