A creamer combo I really like is:

    l C almond milk
l C whipping cream or half and half
    1/2 tsp cloves
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1 tsp cinnamon
    5 T maple syrup
Put a jar with lid and shake until mixed well.
    Tweak according to individual tastes.

This is really good used in not only coffee, but in a cup of heated almond milk. Nice near bedtime and no caffeine.
