As many of you know a week ago my parents came to visit us in North Carolina. They were our first guests in our new home so the day before they came {I’m a procrastinator what can I say?} I whipped together the guest room so that they would have a lovely space to stay. This room I have a few plans for as far as decorating the walls and getting a new dresser, changing out lamps, & of course moving some decor around. For now, this is what the space looks like a couple weeks after moving in to our rental.
This room is quite small, but it does have one massive closet & a lovely little view of the historic homes on the street below. I found that headboard in a dumpster & used items from our last middle guest bedroom to throw it all together before my parents got here. Not bad huh? I’m excited to create some art for the walls & find a new dresser for the space. I’m also thinking a rug, putting the bed skirt on, & also some curtains!
