After Christmas I always want to keep things simple around here. Lately we have been working on some larger DIY projects so the winter decor was lovely, simple, & rustic. Today I wanted to show you a glimpse of our winter entryway. Ok. You may be mad at me for this because I’m not showing a large part of the entryway. I’m leaving a little up to the imagination only because I’m not ready to show the full tutorial yet for the large piece of art. Don’t worry though I will be showing you very soon. {The Tutorial for the large DIY pallet clock is up on the blog now. click HERE to see it!} Winter decor is so much different to me than Christmas decor. It’s simple & to the point. It’s clean & refreshing & offers cold with a little warmth. & please ignore the big elephant in the room, I mean *cough* DIY Clock *cough*. Or don’t ignore it & get excited for it. You pick 😉

The entryway table is a DIY card catalog that I made, you can see it {here}. The metal basket was a thrifted find with some nature that I picked up on a walk with my dogs. The lamps are from Hobby Lobby along with the wicker basket at the bottom. The round metal basket at the bottom is another thrifted find & the linens in side are from Ikea.

& so in short, there is our winter entryway. I can’t wait to show you the rest & the large “surprise” project. Seriously, it’s one of my favorite things we have ever made & it was so easy.
